New Isuzu MU-X 2020 pricing and specs detailed: Toyota Fortuner-rivalling SUV now costs extra
Isuzu Australia has increased the pricing of its seven-seat SUV, the MU-X, by $1000.
As such, the MU-X range now kicks off from $43,900 plus on-road costs for the entry-level 4×2 LS-M, rising to $57,400 for the flagship 4×4 LS-T (see full pricing table below).
No changes have been made to the SUV’s standard specification, with an Isuzu Australia spokesperson telling CarsGuide the price adjustments were made due to exchange-rate pressures.
As before, all six variants in the MU-X line-up are motivated by a 130kW/430Nm 3.0-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine, which is exclusively mated to an Aisin-sourced six-speed torque-converter automatic transmission.
Two drivetrain options (4×2 and 4×4) are available across the Toyota Fortuner-rivalling SUV’s three grades (LS-M, LS-U and LS-T).
