Mazda’s best dealers revealed

Mazda Australia has announced its Master Dealers for 2019, acknowledging the standout dealerships in its network.

Forming part of Mazda Australia’s 26th annual Master Dealer Excellence Awards program, the 2019 Masters Dealers (see table below) were commemorated at a ceremony in Brisbane on February 21.

Sixteen dealerships were given Master Dealer status, with Wippells Auto in Queensland notching up its record 26th consecutive award, making it the only one to be acknowledged in every year since the program’s inception.

Also of note were Grand Prix Aspley (Queensland) and Ringwood Mazda (Victoria), which won their 23rd and 22nd award respectively.

Meanwhile, Western Australia’s Wanero Mazda and Burnie Mazda took home their first gongs.

According to Mazda Australia, “recipients are determined through an exhaustive assessment of key success factors, including dealer facilities, business processes, people development, sales results, financial management and customer satisfaction”.

The company’s director of sales, Jarrod Gieschen, highlighted how important Master Dealer status is to its dealerships.

“The Master Dealer program each year advances the benchmark for business excellence and customer service among the network, driving constant innovation and putting renewed focus on Mazda’s customer-centric approach,” he said.

“The Master Dealer program is a chance to celebrate the dealer network, whose passion and commitment is critical to the success of Mazda Australia.”
